Security Officer Patrol Driver Mornings

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout retail properties, including common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events while following established site procedures and maintaining calm, professional communication. Monitor access points and observe activity to report suspicious behavior, property issues, and policy violations to management or emergency responders. Document patrols and incidents accurately, providing relevant information to site leadership as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees while adhering to security policies and emergency response protocols.
