Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees while conducting regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout retail properties to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and medical situations following established site procedures, and monitor access points to report suspicious behavior and policy violations. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, communicating relevant information to site management and emergency responders as needed. This part-time role in Liberty Township, OH, runs from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays. A valid driver's license is required, with a guard card and CPR certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
