Security Officer Patrol Driver

Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout retail locations, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations by escalating matters to store leadership or emergency services as needed. Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and associates while monitoring for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and potential hazards. Document observations and complete required incident reports. Assist with access control and visitor interactions in compliance with site-specific procedures. Maintain a visible, professional presence to support a welcoming environment. Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of security experience.
