Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to deter security-related incidents at retail and mall locations. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations while communicating details to site contacts or emergency personnel. Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by supporting access activities and assisting with emergency responses. Observe and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and policy violations, documenting daily activities and patrol findings. Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a people-first team culture. Work part-time days from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
