Job Summary
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entrances, exits, perimeter areas, and surrounding grounds to identify unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and shift reports. Communicate with site management, emergency responders, and leadership regarding incidents requiring follow-up. Work day shifts Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Bronx, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license
