Job Summary
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations following established reporting and escalation protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, grounds, perimeter areas, parking locations, and restricted-access points to identify and report unusual activity. Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee authorization. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating observations to site leadership. Commit to a six-month fixed shift at an assigned site with the option to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform. Requires an active Department of Defense Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Department of Defense Secret clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
