Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailers, parking areas, building entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by following established site procedures and reporting requirements. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while documenting patrol activities and unusual conditions accurately. Monitor access points and observe personnel and vehicle movement in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures. Work day shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM at a logistics and distribution location in Norwood, MA. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
