Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailers, parking areas, building entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by following established site procedures and reporting requirements. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities. Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures. Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately, communicating relevant information to leadership and site contacts. Work rotating shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, in Norwood, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
