Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking zones, and property perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to residential property incidents, access concerns, and critical situations while providing customer service to residents, visitors, and staff. Monitor access points and document observations, incidents, and unusual activity for site management. Maintain a visible presence to safeguard clients across residential industries. This part-time role in Chino, CA, offers flexible scheduling with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
