Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate areas, including parking zones and perimeters, to deter incidents and identify hazards. Respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by following established escalation procedures while providing customer service to tenants and visitors. Conduct regular unarmed patrols to verify visitor authorization and maintain orderly entry and exit procedures. Complete daily activity reports, incident logs, and patrol documentation for site management. Work a day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Be able to lift more than 20 pounds
- Have alarm panel experience
- Possess a guard card or license
