Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a technology services location, including business zones, entrances, exits, parking, and perimeters. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations by following established escalation protocols while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Provide customer service by verifying credentials, reporting unusual activity, and completing accurate patrol logs and incident documentation. Work weekends from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at a Louisville, KY site.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be subject to a background investigation
- Be subject to a drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license
