Job Summary
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to verify credentials and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while documenting findings and communicating with leadership or emergency responders. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by executing security procedures and site-specific policies at a financial institution in Elgin, IL. Work part-time weekend shifts from 4:30 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
