Job Summary
Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and issue credentials while managing the front desk at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry activity, cameras, and alarms from the assigned desk, reporting unusual activity per site procedures. Provide customer service to drivers and vendors, directing them to designated areas and communicating arrival information to site contacts. Respond to incidents and access concerns in a professional manner, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed. Work part-time days from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
