Job Summary
Maintain security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and patients by serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property. Provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Uphold Tarian's commitment to safety while supporting the values and culture of the client and community. Work hours vary depending on assignments, client schedules, and project deadlines, potentially spanning seven days a week. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 80 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.
- Must be able to help restrain or lift a person
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet Tarian company driving guidelines if applicable
