Job Summary
Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity at a technology data center. Conduct regular patrols of the campus, buildings, and perimeter to deter security incidents while providing customer service to personnel and contractors. Respond to alarms and critical situations by escalating concerns and coordinating with site contacts or emergency responders. Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs detailing patrols, incidents, and observations. This part-time role supports a team safeguarding Tech/Media/Telecom clients in Lenoir, NC. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma; CPR/First Aid and a Guard Card are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- A Guard Card or license is preferred
