Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Rounds

Monitor assigned areas through routine patrols in lobbies, common areas, parking zones, and the exterior perimeter to deter security incidents. Respond to incidents and property concerns by documenting observations and reporting details to management or emergency personnel. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while enforcing site-specific policies and communicating regarding visitor inquiries or security concerns. Support property operations by reporting maintenance issues, unsecured doors, and lighting concerns. This unarmed patrol role requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and is based in San Francisco.
