Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, parking lots, and perimeters, to maintain a visible presence and deter incidents. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations while escalating matters per site procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by verifying visitor authorization, maintaining accurate logs, and supporting access control activities. Work collaboratively with site personnel to ensure a welcoming, orderly environment.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred
