Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, loading docks, and perimeter locations, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to service requests and critical situations while assisting with visitor, vendor, and delivery traffic at access points. Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately through required reports. Work part-time shifts from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays at a food and beverage location in Columbus, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
