Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, loading docks, and perimeter locations, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by notifying appropriate contacts or emergency personnel as needed. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while assisting with visitor, vendor, and delivery traffic at access points. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately through required reports and communicate relevant information to supervision and site management. Work part-time shifts including Friday and Saturday nights from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
