Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver

Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations and concerns according to site procedures. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document patrols, incidents, and unusual occurrences in required reports. Work part-time days from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays at a South San Francisco, CA commercial real estate location.
