Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas at a commercial real estate location, conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout buildings and perimeters, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following established procedures while assisting visitors and reporting unauthorized activity. Prepare accurate activity logs for patrols and security observations. Requires an active Department of Defense Secret clearance, valid driver's license, and high school diploma. Schedule includes days, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
