Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility, loading zones, parking lots, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity, and respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations following established site procedures. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers while verifying visitor authorization, maintaining accurate logs, and communicating observations to site leadership. Perform duties during day shifts from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM at a logistics and distribution location in Elmsford, NY, utilizing technology to document activities.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
