Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols throughout retail locations including sales areas, entrances, exits, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter theft and unauthorized access. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations by communicating observations to store contacts or emergency responders while providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel. Monitor access points and observe activity in accordance with site procedures to identify unusual conditions. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately per Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements. Perform these duties part-time on Thursday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM in Hagerstown, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
