Conduct routine patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns while maintaining accurate logs and incident documentation. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by verifying authorization and supporting site-specific policies. Monitor access points and communicate observations to leadership in a calm, problem-solving manner.
