Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driving Role

Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor building access, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and report unauthorized access attempts, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity according to site procedures. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Document daily activities, patrol findings, incidents, and visitor or contractor information in required reports and logs. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed by established protocols.
