Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while verifying credentials and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts or emergency services as directed. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures. This part-time role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you, with shifts available Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
