Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while conducting regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, entrances, and perimeter to identify unusual activity. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations following established site protocols, and monitor access points to report concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately. This part-time role in Atlantic City, NJ, supports healthcare clients with a flexible schedule on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM at a rate of $17.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and may be required to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
