Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while providing customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors. Conduct regular and random patrols, observe activity at access points, and document observations accurately. Maintain a visible presence to support access control and respond to security-related concerns within a healthcare location. Work part-time shifts from 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
