Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of facility buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and resident concerns by notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and contractors while verifying visitor authorization and maintaining accurate documentation. Assist site leadership by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. Work part-time shifts at a government care facility in Leesport, PA, with a valid driver's license required for driving duties.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of security-related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
