Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate areas, including interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeters. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns while verifying credentials and reporting policy violations. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports to maintain professional documentation. This part-time role in Ashburn, VA, supports access control and deterrence strategies. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license. CPR/First Aid certification and guard card experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of a guard card or license is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
