Job Summary
Monitor access points, screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries by verifying identification and authorized access. Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the facility perimeter, reporting unauthorized or suspicious activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations following established reporting and escalation procedures. Work part-time shifts including Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM at a rate of $17.41/hour. A Guard Card/License is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
