Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and vendors at a high-volume technology and media location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols. Screen employees, visitors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with access control requirements, verify identification and credentials, and document all entry activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized access. Work part-time shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays at a location in Edgerton, KS.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
