Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas at a financial institution location, including branch interiors, parking lots, entrances, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying appropriate site contacts or emergency services while maintaining a visible, professional presence. Provide customer service to members, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while verifying authorized entry at access points. Work part-time hours from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Fridays and 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
