Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols of retail locations including sales floors, entrances, exits, and parking areas while monitoring for unusual activity and policy violations. Respond to incidents and disturbances by documenting details and communicating with site contacts, while providing customer service to visitors, associates, and vendors. Assist with access control, opening and closing activities, and crowd flow management during busy periods. Perform emergency response activities as needed in accordance with site-specific policies. Complete a six-month fixed-shift commitment at an assigned site in Fishkill, NY, with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
