Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of manufacturing areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established reporting and escalation protocols. Monitor site access by verifying credentials and documenting visitor and contractor activity while providing customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and completed patrol activities. Requires a valid driver's license and a background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations
