Security Officer - Part Time Retail Patrol Driver

Conduct regular patrols throughout commercial real estate locations, including common areas, entrances, parking, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Respond to incidents and property concerns by documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management or emergency personnel. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities. Monitor building activity, report maintenance or life-support system concerns, and follow established post orders related to deliveries and visitor interactions. This part-time role offers flexible anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and an option to claim additional shifts via our scheduling platform.
