Job Summary
Monitor and control entry and exit points for the retail location by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate access logs. Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner while conducting regular patrols of assigned areas, entrances, loading zones, and the business perimeter. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies, escalating matters according to site procedures. Work part-time shifts including Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM and Thu/Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM at a rate of $14.75/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
