Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and entry points to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations professionally while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors. Maintain a visible presence to support a welcoming environment and report unusual conditions, maintenance issues, or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements. Work part-time shifts in Bronx, NY, with flexible scheduling options available through the Claim a Shift platform.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
