Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned residential areas, including common spaces, parking lots, and building perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations by documenting observations and actions per site procedures while providing directions and access assistance to visitors. Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to observe activity, report suspicious conditions, and address maintenance or policy violations. Work part-time shifts from Friday through Sunday between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM at a location in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- A state, county, or city-issued security professional license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
