Security Officer Part Time Residential Building Patrol

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and resident concerns professionally, documenting observations and actions per site procedures. Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence while providing directions, access assistance, and information in accordance with site requirements.
