Security Officer - Part Time Reception

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing badges, maintaining logs, and directing guests. Answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals or security concerns to appropriate site contacts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual activity, access concerns, or facility issues to personnel. This role requires a six-month commitment to anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform. Applicants must possess at least one year of security-related experience, a high school diploma, and be at least 18 years of age.
