Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned residential community areas throughout the day, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while providing customer service to residents and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Work shifts including Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Thu 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, and Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM at a rate of $19.65 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma, and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
