Job Summary
Monitor assigned residential areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols of common zones, entrances, parking lots, and property perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly, while providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff. Maintain a visible presence, observe activity at access points, and report unusual conditions or policy violations per site procedures. Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership. Work part-time shifts from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesdays through Fridays at a location in Granby, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
