Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols throughout retail warehouses, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents and customer concerns while documenting observations per location procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by verifying credentials and directing traffic at access points. Monitor delivery areas and employee entrances for suspicious activity or policy violations. Maintain awareness of retail operations and report hazardous conditions to appropriate personnel. Work part-time shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM on Saturdays and Sundays at a Santa Cruz, CA location.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
