Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and authorized individuals while carrying out site-specific security procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity. Respond to incidents, behavioral concerns, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency response procedures. Monitor access points, assist with visitor management, and prepare accurate reports on incidents and observations. Complete a six-month fixed-shift commitment at an assigned site in New Castle, DE, with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Background investigation and drug screen are required prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
