Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points while monitoring restricted areas and verifying visitor authorization. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns by following site protocols and assisting employees and visitors with customer service tasks. Document activities using a computer or tablet and deter unauthorized access through a professional visible presence. Work part-time shifts in Dover, DE, at food and beverage locations with a background investigation and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
