Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in food and beverage production zones, warehouses, parking lots, and facility perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while verifying credentials, documenting visitor and delivery activity, and responding to alarms or critical situations. Complete accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, communicating observations to site management.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- X-ray screening experience is preferred
