Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, stock areas, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating matters per site procedures. Provide customer service to shoppers and staff while monitoring for security-related conditions such as unattended merchandise or suspicious behavior. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, communicating relevant information with store management and leadership. Work part-time shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Wednesday, requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with policy.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions
