Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and facility perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following established reporting and escalation procedures while providing customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain accurate logs of visitor activity and incident documentation. Observe and report potential hazards, unusual conditions, equipment issues, and policy violations to site leadership. Maintain a visible presence to support a welcoming environment for all facility users.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in the state where the job is located
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions
