Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver

Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter zones to identify unusual activity and hazards. Monitor property access, verify visitor entry requirements, and report unauthorized access or suspicious events per site procedures. Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts. Deliver customer service to tenants, vendors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. Complete daily activity reports, incident logs, and shift records with accurate details. Requires two years of security experience, supervisory background, and a valid driver's license.
